If the rules are being broken then fair enough, everyone has a right to complain, but complaining because certain teams become very good at limiting other teams within the rules is absolutely pathetic, and trying to change the rules to compensate for their own short-comings is even worse. The more I read about these so-called professionals running their mouths off and telling tales to the press the more embarrassed I am for our sport. Would people complain about players clamping the ball in the tackle to prevent off-loads? If not, why not?

It is not up to the coach to decide what is fair and unfair. We have referees and a disciplinary process for that.

It is the coaches job to coach players to win, it is the players job to carry that through and win, it is the referees job to make sure the game is played within the rules and punish transgressions.
