I prefer the back chat programme on free sports,it is a much more sensible programme than Rugby am.

That's another programme which is pot luck as to whether it is on at the scheduled time or not. Sick of recording it to find out I've recorded half an episode or some tennis or something or other.

Didn’t even know about this. I’ll check it out. Because I checked out Rugby AM’s last few episodes and it’s poor!

Inexperienced presenting, no structure to the programme, loads of shouting, loads of laughing about things that aren’t funny... it’s like a student programme.

Worst of all they were in the Halifax changing rooms when they were singing about paedophiles with the bloke in a pink wig saying “this is the best team song I’ve heard in a long time”

I couldn't hear a word they were singing, and half of it was "bleeped" out anyway. To explain the pink wig though, Fax regularly allow charities to come and raise funds at their home games, and this weekend it was breast cancer that was taking centre stage. As a result, there was a fair bit of pink apparel around the place, and they raised around £5k iirc.

Simmo seems like a decent bloke however it is a bit 'Leeds AM' at times

He's cringeworthy and painful to listen to.

Why Leeds think it appropriate to have him involved in their game day presentation is beyond me - I literally used to walk out of the stadium onto the cricket side to avoid him on the pitch at half time (it's less easy this year).

However now that I've seen more of the presentation skills of Wayne Godwin I'm revising my estimate of Simmons modest abilities up somewhat.

Rugby AM is like watching a Live abortion performed with a rusty spoon......and I am being nice here.
