I picked green because he`s played behind a beaten pack most of the season and stil been a stand out player. i dont doubt chase and his ability because he is awesome, tho he is an "off the cuff" player and more individual. ive seen green alot this year so am better placed to make judgement. and as for Galea, yeah id take him above any of your for-mentioned players.

Come the end of the weekly rounds he'll have missed about a 3rd of the year and in terms of try scoring he's rattling his way up the charts. He's played as though he's never been away and is clearly the best winger in the league.

Briscoe would be the only contender to take his place.

As for Carmont it may be a sad truth for superleague but he's the best centre in the competition. He proved how good he was in the WCC and again in the Exiles game(when he was the best outside back on the field by a street).

Blake Green is a superb player and wouldn't be far off; but picking him above Rangi Chase is just over-egging it a bit.

As for Ben Gale; Great player, but not good enough to unsurp the likes of Menzies, Hoffman, Wilkin, O'Donnell and Manu on this year's form, let alone a genuine Man of Steel contender like Westwood.
