In 10 years time, French RL will look nothing like it does now.
They just done a deal with a Digital FTA station that will show all their internationals and the Final of the LDC and GF, it's a start and if these games can get some decent ratings, they might decide to expand their coverage to inclde either the LER or SL with the Dragons and Toulouse.
The same deal put in place also has the print media involved in that they will be promoting the games.
This is a massive step up.
The FTA channel isn't the biggest at the moment, but with everyone getting set top boxes or new TV's with Digital channels, it will eventually expand so that everyone can watch.
I had that annoying French Troll saying to me it was pathetic, but the idiot doesn't realise that by 2013, digital channels will be available to everyone.'"

Don't know about the killing thing Dally, but it was a civil offence to play the game, so I suppose Jail wouldn't have been out of the question. |

Obivously what happened in France isn't right. That's a given. Governments often do things against the will of the people.
Not much of a rugby league fan? I've spent thousands of pounds watching it on both sides of the world. I've watched it in France too.
The subject matter is serious yes, but the manner in which it is being discussed isn't. That was my point.
