We will lose by at least 20 in the end. I just hope we can start well and at least make it a real game for a while.

I agree we must play players in thier club positions & only shuffel during the game for injuries. If our or whatever are not good enough then hard luck but at least let them have a go they wont get better by sitting in the stands watching another out of position in thier place.
For my thoughts we can beat them by playing our game not by worrying about how they will play.I just want them to give evry thing they have if it is not good enough then so be it but at least dont die wondering.

fwiw i think our second row and props (inc 1 sub) are the best in the world...tis the other 12 that are the problem...

If our pack can get on top early and stay on top then we have stand half a chance. We must pressure them and work our balls off to make sure their backline has no space.

Keeping our cool will be vital though if the going gets tough, Ganson is refereeing and NZ got the Aussies in a battle and they lost their heads a little. If we can get them into a battle with Morley, Graham, Peacock and co but do it smartly then field position and chances may come about.

Gallen, Hayne and Watmough are all a bit tempremental and will give penalties away if niggled. Get into their faces, get our pack on top and see what happens.

What a load of nonesense. The game in Australia is massive, equivalent to Premier League Soccer over here. There are 10 times as many players to pick from for the Aussie national team. It's got nothing to do with poor administration or anything of the other poor excuses that get trotted out. This is David versus Galiath and England will always be underdogs as long as our talent pool is so small.

The RFL is taking action to increase the size of the talent pool as evidenced by the expansion of the game throughout the country and focus on appointing development officers, gaining Sport England money, the summer conference etc.
