Off on my Jolidays to Cornwall tomorrow and I'm hoping to find a bar showing SL (in particular next weeks Wire-Catalan game). We're staying in Mawgan Porth, a few miles from Newquay, and I was hoping someone could suggest a child friendly pub/bar that does good food and will show Sky games in Newquay, Padstow or anywhere inbetween?

Can't believe there won't be a bar in Newquay showing it. May have to abandon the family friendly food option and just take the eldest lad leaving wife and little'un behind

Well our game is a Sunday evening, so I would imagine that the only football conflict would be the Spanish football (not sure though, not had Sky since last November). I can only ask, as suggested, thanks.

Managed to find a bar (eventually).

Just in case anyone else needs to know, we managed to watch the game at the Godolfin Arms on Henver Road (A305icon_cool.gif Newquay. Heading North out of Newquay on the coast road it is the last pub before the mini roundabout where you would turn left towards Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and eventually Padstow. Family friendly, big screen, OK bar food and a friendly landlord.

I'm going to Protaras in Cyprus, anyone know where they show RL on sky, I'm after watching the Huddersfield Wakefield game a week on Sunday.

You will be able to watch the game at most bars on the main road, we were there in April, not a problem with RL just ask them and they will provide.

Does anyone recommend anywhere in London to watch the NRL finals this weekend? I doubt many pubs that have Setanta are open early enough for the morning kick off times. Also, replays might be difficult to find given the Union RWC and Football European qualifiers are on.
