You expect Bradford players to hang around until 1 month before the season starts without them knowing if they have a club and if they do what league they are going to be playing in?
All the Bradford players have been given permission to try and get deals elsewhere if they can.
If you think Bradford will be in any condition to fulfil a SL season if they only find out in December that they are good to go then you are living in cloud cuckoo land.

Leave it at the start of the season and throw the world club challenge in there.

Time is certainly ticking, if the Bulls are to survive, something needs to happen by the end of August, so that they can hang on to as many players as they can.

Conversely, Fev/Fax/Leigh need to know by then if they are to be elevated as replacements, so that they can start signing up players.

Given that these clubs are already re-signing semi pro players for next year, this situation could get a whole lot more messy

12 of the teams play each other, with the SL champs playing the NRL champs both for the WCC and for SL points.
That's just the first idea. It isn't an impossible issue to get past.

6 games a week in SL 2013. One team gets a bye every week. On Magic weekend give London or Catalans a bye. Simple really.

So now we want teams playing clubs from Australia , or being given points for nothing

Or, using the WCC idea at magic......you handicap last years GF winners by only giving them 50 points to play for in the season whilst everyone else gets to play for 2 more......

They don't the WCC is classed as their off week.

24 game, 26 round season. 1 magic weekend, 1 double header at larger ground, per side (bar Les Catalans who should have another game in Barcelona) , RFL use Bradford money to re-imburse clubs for losing home games, as well as RFL paying for rental of double header grounds with clubs keeping profits with a bonus for selling out.

Invite Bradford back just for the Magic Weekend for nostalgia purposes
