From what I've seen of Danny McGuire he is far too much like players such as Leon Price.
Can have the odd great game but tend to go missing when it really counts.
I quite like the Titans (Surfers has always been a favourite place of mine) so no way would I wish McGuire on them |

i'm not mcguires biggest fan but in a big game he excells. whos titans 6 for next year? whos the cowboys? who have the storm got signed? they could do alot worse than mcguire. |

Living in firm Tigers country the general consensus of the Old Farts up the bowling club is that Ellis has been a revelation this season - a non-stop 80 minute tackling machine. The media have had nothing but praise for Ellis with genuine surprise that there are players from England of his calibre.
Hope Sam Burgess goes well for Souths. He's being talked up a lot here as a good recruit for Souths.
The best match I watched this season was Parrametta against the Tigers in the run in for the playoffs when it was all or nothing. Cracking game.

My ex girlfriend had a little boy who had learning difficulties. Lovely kid but really couldn't get to grips with reading and writing. As a result of this his school work suffered, other kids bagged him out all the time and he was pretty fed up with life. This in turn affected his behaviour at home and things got a little stressed from time to time
Then he was diagnosed with Dyslexia. And do you know... it was the best thing that could have happened. He understood that it was not HIS FAULT that he had learning difficulties. He attended extra classes for one on one coaching. His grades improved. He became the happy little boy that he used to be.
hen I first came to London the little tacker wrote me a letter. Sure there were spelling mistakes...thats understandable. But I could tell how proud he was when he told me that they had awarded him the most improved pupil at school and given him a lovely certificate which the head teacher presented to him in front of the school.
So I'm really pleased for Ellis that they have decided to do the same thing.
Wests have gone up a notch in my book.
It's all about helping people out.
