Houghton is definitely someone who should be around the England squad. Far more talented and discipliuned than Mcilorum and one of the best (if not the best) defenders in Super League. I don't think him and Roby would work well together but they both play long minutes and we would have a bit of consistency in there should Roby be injured.

Roby without a doubt is the best British hooker there is, but Houghton (not Horton how the commentators kept pronouncing it) isn't as far behind Roby as people think. McIlorum is regarded as the next best hooker but I don't think he is. I'd rather have Houghton before MM.
