That Wakefield away shirt could easily be their home shirt as well.

I think the lighting has created moiré, which shouldn't have make it past post-processing of the image.

If only they didn't do the flashing down the sides then it would have been a great shirt.

The blue kit from Hudds, is the worst of all of the SL clubs this season.
Catalan are always classy and Wakefield (although not rated too well on TotalRL) is miles better than last season.

Sorry but the Wakefield home kit is awful and the quality of the replicas dire. The away is much better but has now been slightly ruined by the sponsor that is on it.

Wow. How to ruin a perfectly good shirt in one fell swoop. It looks like someone designed it using ClipArt , printed it out and glued it on.

The amount of kits ruined by turning them into advertising hoardings is pretty high this year. The kits with fewer sponsors, or which make an effort to incorporate them into design by colour or repositioning them slightly, are always regarded as the best.

Think you're being a bit unfair to the sponsor. They've put money into the club for the privilege of sponsoring the away shirt, and for that they should be applauded. God knows it must be hard to sell Wakefield to any potential sponsor given last years performance.

We'd all like a big national/international name on the front of the shirt but it ain't going to happen until the game has a higher national/international profile and Wakefield as a club string a few successful seasons together and possibly come up with some silverware.

The Wakey home and away shirt should be swapped round.

It's not a case of who the sponsor is but the way their name is presented on the shirt, it now looks way too 'busy'. A logo would have been a lot better, now a good looking shirt has been spoiled by putting war and peace on the front.

Without wanting to divert the thread too much, it shows how difficult it is for some SL clubs to scrape any decent sponsors together.
I honestly think that because we have some big events like the Grand Final that many fans don't really comprehend how close to disaster many clubs are running and how many clubs are very much run on a shoestring budget including some SL clubs.

This isn't meant as an attack on those clubs by the way.
