A good blend of youth and experience can be great for a team you must admit. E.g. Man U - Rooney and Ronaldo are world-class, but would the team be as successful without Scholes, Giggs etc to 'steady the ship' when things go wrong?

Remember you are only ahead of us in the table due to Mick Dobson goal kicking, (the derby was 3 tries a piece and had we won that game we would be 1 point in front of you) yet as you kindly keep telling us, we are rubbish. If you win a final or even reach one this year then fair enough. However I won't hold my breath.

At this point in time i cant see FC getting any points from any of them 4 games but would expect KR to pick up 6 if not all 8.

Perhaps you should petition the RFL to do away with goal kicks

In a way you're right. Having scored 56 tries to your 44 has given Dobson 12 more opportunities for goal kicks.

Think he is refferring to the the fact that Dobson's goal kicking has won you a few games, fair play that is what he is there to do.

For instance the derby ended up settled by the accuracy of Dobson's kicking.

Another quality hull/rovers thread. Nowhere else in the world will you find debate of this intellectual standard.

Don't be stupid. I can't even begin to try and come up with a reason why Hull have been than Rovers this season, because there isn't one. My point is that in the derby goal kicking was the difference, Rovers were no better than us, and had we won we would be ahead of Rovers in the league. Also I think Rovers are punching above their weight whereas teams like Leeds, Huddersfield, Wigan, Hull, Warrington and Bradford have more to come.
