Four or five good Aussies or Kiwis, like Junior Sa'u, is a reputable way to rebuild an English club. Follow that up with young English talent (like Owen) or French talent (like the incumbent Theo Fages), and you have a team that will improve over time and climb the ladder to perhaps 8th.

Unfortunately Mr Koukash is a flashy businessman who wants a quick fix. He wants it all and he wants it now. But Dr. Koukash may make a right hash of the team with his impatience. He needs instead to follow the successful example of Catalans, which came from nowhere, struggled at first, and then with a good balance of French talent and imports made itself into a solid top six team, which is what it is today -- currently fifth to be precise.
