What I have seen of him,he has much promise,BUT.......will he still show that promise when he comes up week after week against the worlds bestplayers in the NRL,don't forget there are all the top Kiwis as well as the Aussies in there,and one thing is for sure,him being a pom,he will come off every match with a few bruises and that is going to prove whether he has "got it"or not. |

Rugby league was around before the SL war you know.
The likes of Malcolm Reilly, Phil Lowe etc were hugely successful in the NSWRL in a period where the top British players were hugely coveted by Australian sides. |

Its one thing to be a good player over here in SL but there is no hiding place in the NRL for mediocre players. Look at the likes of Thorman, Tansey and Ellis.
I've always had a soft spot for Souths but even though the NRL has to help developing nations by encouraging clubs to sign o/s players I really wish he had gone somewhere else other than the Bunnies
My thoughts are he will struggle in the big time.'"
