Your mistake is to refer to TWP as a club which they are not. They are just a plaything the $Billionaire tossed aside once he got bored, and that my friend is NOT expansion...........

Expansion was clearly defined early on when Perez conceded to Dave Woods that expansion meant expanding the player pool, it meant expanding the TV revenues. TWP expanded nothing but travel costs.

The whole Fev to replace Toronto next season wouldn’t really sit well. They were beaten in the final I get that, but what about the teams that Toronto knocked out along the way ?

To be honest I’m preparing myself for a massive fallout with the English game. TWP do not deserve their status next season in SL. But at the same time I can’t see a team being cherry picked to replace them.

So it’s either run with 11 teams or they retain their place. And I think it will be the latter.

But how will they field a team? Public knowledge know that players haven’t been payed on time and yet to be paid, why would any potential player want to sign for them?

I've always worked on the theory that I can sit at home for nowt, but then again I've never been that unlucky where work wasn't available, if we believe what we are told then all those unlucky players out of work might be that desperate they'll sign for anybody, besides that I'm sure if Twp are in super league or any other league for that matter, they will have had to give assurances to whichever governing body they're linked with.

There is no chance of a club being selected to replace Toronto next season, two divisions with an odd number of teams is a non starter. Toronto will be reinstated with a massive points deduction which will virtually ensure their relegation at the end of the season.

TWP don't need reinstating, they haven't been kicked out.

Go with the 12, no promotion or relegation for 3 years, expand to 16 teams in 2024, Tolouse, Ottowa, New York and one from Halifax/Bradford/Featherstone, get a long term strategy going. Franchising works if you do it properly and don't skirt around it.

Make a huge bid to get into the CWG as 7's in 2026.
