Have any BME players complained? I doubt it - racism does not appear to be an issue in RL.

I'm not sure the OP was crying 'racism'. I'm also sure that there was no intent by the RFL or the Superleague clubs to puposefully go for an all white cast of players.

I'd like to point out that the RFL have missed an opportunity to bring in more female/gay fans by not using some of the better looking players. You want to see the publicity that the 'David Beckham in his undies' campaign for H&M is getting over here. Some of the faces on that truck would put most people off!

By your own argument 'non white' is actually accurate. It just describes everyone though..
Meanwhile, in the real world where pretty much everyone knows what 'white' looks like (although I'm still waiting for someone to define exactly where skin tones stop being white), 'non white' pretty much includes everyone else - Oriental skin tone is non white as is darkest African and Indian.

Fair comment,but as I say ,for instance snow is white,and I have yet to see a person that colour.I don`t know about anybody else but when I am watching a game I don`t even particularly notice what colour the player is.

i was 'lucky' enough to see the wigan wagon yesterday, tomkins on the side and o'loughlin on the back, i work at a big distribution centre and we have stobarts trucks coming and going all the time so i'll be looking out for them.

I reckon old disabled Muslim Asian lesbian midgets definitely have it the worst. Descrimated by their own for their orientation. Not getting jobs because of their disability. Searched at the airport because their artificial leg sets off the metal detector and security think they're smuggling bombs. Can't reach products on high shelves. And p*ss the general public off by being slow.
