Given that Leeds were originally allocated 12,500 tickets and sold 6,000 in the first week they went on sale, I would suggest you understand incorrectly. |

we've played crap all season, wigan are the top team, not many fans like mcdermott, and we were thrashed last year at wembley.
I'm not condoning it but it's understandable why alot of leeds fans just aren't up for it this year.

with our ticket office and the alternative methods of buying tickets for RFL events im not surprised our allocation is unsold - sunday evening there was a massive queue to buy online and that is the way to go for me

Might have something to do with the fact we have always taken mass followings to Wembley in the past if you look back. We also took over 30k to Old Trafford in October, this IS a fact. |

I heard our allocation was 93k but apparently we will sell more than that. Loads of people who don't have tickets told me they will pay on the gate as well. I reckon we will have over 100k there. Easily. |

Same as Leeds 07,08 & 09. So it was your turn this time to look at all the empty seats in the Saints' end?
Its a pity there is such negativity around Leeds at the moment as this game would have been potentially the most in demand Challenge Cup Final for many years in terms of ticket requirments. It was in the press that we took 40K last year, if it were the same this year I can't imagine there would have been many seats for neutrals to take up. |
