Will be good to see the cap rise but this presumes that no increased funding will be made to amateur, junior or running costs. This is one of teh great fears many have about the NRL clubs running the whole of RL.

oh and News have signed a deal with the Vic Govt guaranteeing the Storm play in the new stadium for the next 5 years, hence why they won't leave unless this is covered. They are legally contracted.
