On that pic the four wider ones were fullest and in picture - I was stood at the far left in the top picture. The sides were quieter but had people in there.

To be fair that is inflated by the big crowd for the opener. If they can hold a core of 4,000 home fans then they can build on that. Given that there are some claims of 1,000 Giants fans in the 4,127 then it is a concern.

Here's hoping the RFL and the BBC pick them as a CC TV game and they come up with a result.

Went to watch a game here last week, with half a stand on one side and some temporary seats on the other.....reminded me of youre place accept the locals were more friendly

1,817 at todays game ... just backs up what i saw when the giants went down, hardly any crusaders fans but around 1500 giants following that day

Don't know what his problem is but New South Wales and Queensland Crusaders are a joke team, no fans, no British players, and should be replaced by a proper team, with fans and history and people in the town that care about rugby league, and British players, Widnes, Leigh and Halifax are far more deserving of a place in Super League and would get bigger crowds and do more for the development of the game.

Leigh got 4 crowds below 4k when they were in SL.

Halifax got 3 crowds below 2k in their last season in SL, including a crowd of 1200 for a league game where season tickets were used.

Exactly. History shows that those teams have been very successful at Super League level and they have always achieved massive attendances in the top flight as well as maintaining top sides on the field.

we have taken lots more to warrington, in the semi finals we have played there
