Sorry to pee on your bonfire Baranaby but it had to be sanctioned by both SL and the RFL.
It is also nothing to do with Ireland failing to organise their own transport and meals properly. It is the job of the travelling team to arrange their own transport and food. The only food that has to be provided by the hosts is after the game.
This is a simple case of Ireland not doing their homework and organising properly and a Super League squad player mouthing off because he didn't like feeling like an amateur......whilst playing in an amateur level fixture alongside amateur players.
