I can give you a massive list of Trinity products who made it big elsewhere. Ellis and old west at Warrington probably two of the finest players SL has yet produced - so your point is?

Our academy side has been hamstrung as most of the best players at the club of that age group have had to play in the first team.

Which is why the average age of our first team squad this year is 23.
16 of the 18 players used under that age. JK will tell you that.

What really makes it great at Bradford at the moment is that a large chunk of those players have come through the club from skolar level.

Btw the only ones changing the parameters are you lot talking about service areas, then where players were born.

So, if you are counting this as "players in your first team, that came from your academy" (which is a good question)...Wakefield have 6 (Jowitt, Johnstone, Wood, Batchelor, Crowther, Anakin), with 4 (Hooley, Wray, Kershaw and Ackroyd), in the first team squad, but yet to break through.

Perhaps a bit late now but I meant Academy players who went on to play SL. Not necessarily for the club they came through from but who just benefitted SL whoever they played for.
