After being given a lifeline from a knock on by Mantellato for Thornley's try, your most experienced halfback decided to turn down 3 drop goal opportunities to make Huddersfield need a try to avoid the MPG. I was wanting Rovers to win, but they looked like a Championship side out there today. Clueless!

The difference was most went to vid ref and were scrutunised.

Hick's lazy refereeing gave the DG. It was nit scrutinised. He effectively just handed SL status to Hudds. Nothing will change the result but SOMETHING must be done about these appaling refs.

If a similar thing happens next week. The RFL are in deep brown stuff becayse they create this controversy.

Talk about biased, thought Hicks did well, not sure about the video ref though.

Thornleys try in my opinion was wrong the the penalty against Wardle for a ball steal which led to a try was pretty harsh. KR had plenty possession and territory. We were probably the more clinical team but did our best to blow it.

All in all a pretty exciting game, hope KR pick themselves up for next week and stop feeling too sorry for themselves.

I'm sure we will. It was a great, tense game from both teams, spoilt by rubbish officials. Quite familar for all teams, but these games affect team's income and the players' future.

As for laughing that it went under the bar, give it time. The evidence will no doubt appear online eventually.

What about the equalising try when Mantellato knocked on in the build up?

And saying that drop goal went under is on par with Capdouze's buffoonery.

I am that buffoon. And you can claim a fiver. It clearly didn't go under. There is meant to be some photographic evidence of the miss however.

Hicks still had a woeful game. It took his touch judges ti give penalties for us in the first half when he should hace seen the infringements. He also allowed play to go on when we had a man receiving treatment on the floor (Greenwood) within our defensive line.

Wasn't a head injury.that game was our season in 80 minutes.dominated and clueless for parts then decent rugby and strong defence seemingly out of nothing.like I said about Kelly it's the same with the team,far too much difference between our best and worse performances.no consistency and poor coach.Cockayne was poor again and mantellato first missed conversion looked fairly routine..fine lines..as for drop goal I will wait and see as I thought it was wide at the time either way nowt can be done now?

I was seated on the Grassy knoll with Lord Lucan, we saw it,the drop goal missed.

Could hicks have consulted video ref for DG? Just seen it on look north and they are querying the drop goal on there..The team need to take heart from what Warrington did last night and use this percieved (rightly or wrongly)injustice and next week give Salford both barrels.
