| 4nations just doesn't have the same level of interest, romance or hype as an Ashes series or proper 3 test series v NZ. The sooner the RLIF wake up to that fact the sooner we can go back to playing more games at Wembley.

| Fantastic and heart breaking at the same time. We had a few blokes from Watford next to us, it was their second game, the first being this year's cup final. They absolutely loved it and were so impressed by what they were watching, the way they got into the game you'd have thought they had been following the sport for years.
More of the same please, it really feels like test rugby league has been reborn!

| Ive never had such a wide ranging mix of emotions. I'm still gutted today. I felt sick when the winning try was scored. But im also immensely proud of the efforts of both teams and really glad that I made the trip. As an event and an edge of the seat spectacle, it doesn't get much better than that.

| Next big England game can't come soon enough.
Watching club rugby just doesn't come close to watching the big international games for me.
Like I've said on another thread, a culmination of teams for a 4 nations would be good.
Nz, oz, gb and a team consisting of somoans, figians, Tongans....
It's going to be years before any other teams can compete.

| Tbh I think this is the lowest I've felt after a loss in any RL game, I want to watch the game again but can't pluck up the courage!

| Greatest game I,ve seen for many many years, fantastic advert for rugby league, like to see what the viewing figures are.
That front row of Burgess, Roby, Graham is one if not the best in the rugby league world, when those 3 were on the field at the same time we had plenty of go forward and domination. Anybody got any match stats of those 3.

Peaked with 2.83m/27.3% at 2.50pm, brilliant!

| Can we not have Nz over for a few tests while State of Origin is on ? Market it as pay back time or retribution to give it meaning. Anyone who was there yesterday would be first in line for a ticket again plus a percentage of that huge tv audience. plus it needs to be on bbc or ITV no other way it can grow!

Doubt it would work sadly. Player withdrawals would cripple it. The mid season one off test at Knowsley Road was a flop.

| A 3 game test series against NZ would be great IMO. Have the opener at Wembley, a game at old Trafford and then a game at Elland road. (At the end of the season).

| Had a great day! The atmosphere was amazing. Paid £10 for my ticket, £1.99 weather spoons breakfast with a 70p tea and a £1.50 sandwich for the train on the home! What a bargain! Really enjoyed the day, even though I was sat next next to annoying Kiwi who kept waving his flag in my face at the end!

| Forgot to add an anecdote to the thread yesterday:
One of the most pleasing things to see yesterday was that we were sat next to a young Cockney lad and his Grandad. This was his first RL game he had ever been too, and his Grandad hadn't been to a live RL game since a GB test at Wembley in the 90s. The young lad was captivated by the game, and both stayed well in the 2nd half of the Aussie-Fiji game despite how much on a non-contest it was, and the weather turning increasingly cold.
that to me is 2 new fans 'converted' and I'm sure there were many more in the stands and watching on TV that got the buzz of the game too. The challenge of course is to keep them.
