Given Leeds haven't had a traditional kit since 2008, I'd hope for a return to Blue with Amber hoops shirt, white shorts, and blue & amber hoop socks. As for away, the pink will be getting towards the end of its useful life as 'novelty kit'-I'd expect to see the Lime Green & Silver charity kit as regular next year.

The Pink away kit can no longer be classed as "a novelty" If we are renewing the design in 2013. The Club away scarf has been pink for 2 years now too.

We always have a hideous away shirt. If we choose a hideous away shirt over one of these two,mthe clubs gone made. We have two brilliant designs, one should be home, one should be away. We'd sell she'd loads of both designs. This is something the club needs to think about, ditching onenofnthese tops in favour of a bright coloured away top would be madness. The away top could be nice for all I know

It doesn't matter if they're reverse, they're liked in different ways. The interest already shown is huge. Two very good kits, no need for an away email now. The shirt that doesn't get chosen should be the away. The interest is already out there creating widnes Vikings with a market for selling both home and away tops

Depends what shirt they play in. We'd choose the opposite. We played in white and they played in black against us. If that's an issue, although not convinient, hull can play in their alternative kit

Of the two Widnes shirts I prefer the white one, but I'm not a big fan of chevrons on Widnes kits. Still, the white one does look crisp and stylish.

from a financial POV should be the black one. as the white number is similar to this years wheich means some supporters may not buy it as it is too similar. plus i think the black one is smarter

Hang on a minute why should we? If we're the home side then no we shouldn't have to play in our alternative shirt. You should make sure that both your shirts aren't simular to cause such a problem.

Both those Widnes shirts are class, white should be home, black away. Wire did something similar in 2004 (having the kits the reverse of eachother).

As for the Wire kit, word on the street is primrose and royal blue stripes.

That was my point, if I was the RFL or Super League (Whoever decides) I wouldn't allow those kits to be home/away.

Would have preferred plain white with a black trim. That's a classic Widnes strip to me. Is it me, or are RL shirts in the main just too "busy" these days?

just to clear up this 'black should be away' debate that's going on, the club have already stated the away shirt will be orange and purple and the main away shirt sponsors will be Maltacourt. Neither of these are addressed by the black number in the photo.
