Not making any allegations but I'm pretty sure AdeyBull has demonstrated numerous times on this forum how it is possible to circumvent the live cap through third party payments to players.

Third Part Payments may be made or may not be made it doesn't really matter.
If the RFL checked players their partners bank accounts and tax returns then they'd have a better idea where their money is coming from and how much.
Until that is done the SC is just such a waste of time!
