could some kind soul explain this handicap betting to me please? I fancy having a little gamble but I just don't understand how betting on handicaps works, how odds come into it etc.

If you pick Salford +14 or Leeds -14 the odds are generally 10/11

There is an alternative handicap, when if you think Leeds will smash Salford you can bet on Leeds say -40 at better odds.

I backed hudds 36-40 at 14/1 as I knew we were going to gett hammered. I did a couple more margins just incase so only had 2quid on it.
