| If Leeds ever have a full team to pick from this year Lauiti'iti will struggle to be picked IMO. Puletua, Hoffman and O'Donnell/Hansen would be my 3 2nd rows.

| Call me biased, but Cashmere should get one of the front row slots, hard to put down, great offload and regularly plays 60+ mins a game. The man's immense, If he played for one of the top four/five Eddie and Steveo would be calling him a Man of Steel contender. Could also stake a claim for Patten at fullback, if you ignore his first couple of games.

Id have Leuluai and O'Mealey starting with Cashmere and Mason on the bench.

| They could make it alot more interesting by doing what they do for the NRL all stars game and let the fans choose players. Only one player per team except the coach gets to pick three. Spreads the load amongst clubs and gives the fans many hours of arguments to be had!
Here's my start:
1. Patten (Salford)
2. Thomas (Crusaders)
3. Sa (Catalans)
4. King (Warrington)
5. Ah Van (Bulls)
6. Finch (Coaches choice)
7. Dobson (Coaches choice)
8. Perry (St's)
9. Rinaldi (Wakey)
10. O'Meley (HFC)
11. Puletau (coaches choice)
12. Hoffman (Wigan)
13. O'Donnell (Giants)
14. Mason (HKR)
15. Cross (Leeds)
16. McGoldrick (Tigers)
17. Bailey (Quins)

I dont think he will make the Leeds 1st team once Peacock is back. Im not sure McDermott is too keen and Leuluai is a much better prop.

That is a brilliant idea!
Set up a voting system on the super league website and I reckon thousands would vote.

| The only Leeds players I can really see being chosen are Brent Webb and Danny Buderus. But being Brian McClennan as coach, who knows!

Could say that about any RL fixture really.
MM should be the biggest event of the year.
This should be a big mid-season game with a sell-out crowd, it will start off in a decent sized stadium with an average crowd with ticket prices being too high, in 3 years it will be at LSV and everyone will come on here saying we should be playing France to develop the nation.

That's why I'd play it in London....price it at about a tenner a ticket, sell out a 30k ground...get the rivalry doing, get TNT/Qantas to name the trophy...build the rivalry..........
....but it will be played oop norf where 20k will roll up and bemoan the idea year on year until it fizzles out......

If it's a midweek game you wont get many flatcappers travelling down from the north and as we already know, no one in London has ever heard of rugby league.

Pity it's not a Saturday game.
Look how the away support is affected when Quins have their matches on a Friday night

I wouldn't play it in London personally. This is for Englands benefit not the benefit of any ANZACS in London who may or may not bother turning up.
However in the unlikely event it WAS decided to play it in London then Loftus Rd or The Stoop would be the only sensible options. You would never get many coming along to it anyway.
