Halifax, Hull KR, Salford, Castleford, Wakefield, Fetherstone Rovers, Leigh, Barrow, Widnes, Toulouse, AS Carcassonne, Sheffield
Below that;
RFL Championship - Similar to the Championship in RFU, Semi-Pro, promotion to Super League Championship. Subject to Approval.
