Wow, it doesnt take much for people to over react. Yeah poor crowd, just like pretty much every other game in the challenge cup, which is a great shame.

The Cats tries provoked the quietest response I've ever heard at an RL match - there literally can't have been a single Cats fan there.

Rugby League will never work in towns other than Hunslet, Swinton, Workington and Keighley. Crusaders should be kicked out and so should Catalans. Disgraceful that they didn't sell out this Challenge Cup 5th round tie.

after the first two publicity stunts (first game v rhinos and unveiling of thomas game) it has now shown the true crowds

Take away Wire's following yesterday, and Hudds following wasn't exactly great yesterday.

Thankfully Crusaders did put up a fight and could have won it.
Another defeat and what is by any standards a very worrying crowd for tow SL sides in the last 16 does not augur well.
They needed something to lift their season and grab attention again, and they missed the chance.

Saw the brief highlights today and were it not for the large number of Wire fans Hudds crowd would have been dire too.

Nothing to do with Magic weekend. Attendances are always shocking at this stage of the Cup, always have been. It's not a big deal really.

So well done, you managed to attract almost twice as many as Crusaders in an attractive repeat of last years final.

All crowds are well down, Crusaders shouldn't be ripped for that. They have yet to build up a strong fanbase, and games like this will not be a draw for the casual Wrexham fan.

Let's judge them at the end of the year, because the fans will come out once they play games against the local teams.

The reason I brought it up was nothing to do with how it looked yesterday, it was due to you criticising Crusaders for their low crowd, when actually your support was very low too.
