if you look at things like Longevity, consistancy, leadership and actually being a team it would probably be at least slightly different

Interesting to see that nearlly every poster as moved Andy Farrell to second row and kept Sculthorpe at loose. Paul was the better player imo and should rightly get the 13 shirt.

Farrell's best spell if you aint picking him at 13 was when he moved to prop for Wigan, so i'd give him the 10 shirt.

Johns was the greatest player in the world. Hodgson is a class player but I think Radlinski was slightly better. His defence was awesome.

He was different class mate. Next level. He would be in any 17 in the history of the sport. I cant think of a better SH.

I'd go with mostly that although i'd defo get Fielden in there at the expense of one of the props.

No its just farrell was a better SR than loose....Sculthorpe was only ever good for about three seasons anyhow same as wello....to compare either to farrell or rads respectively is a joke, both of which had over 10 years of top class international standard seasons. In terms of players in SL who have had such an impact there is only Cunningham, Senior, and Peacock up with them.

Yes. Senior was no doubt the best centre in the world at one point. I remember going to Headingley nearly every week looking forward to the prospect of Carroll and Senior in the centres.

It's strange how so many people on RLfans say Wigan have failed in the super league era and have fallen greatly and yet 4-5 players and sometimes more from Wigan are in everyones team.

Players who are consistenly named throughout the first 3 especially.

No not really....never did anything special at warrington, was a half decent player for the first 3/4 years of his stains career before really blossoming but never really did much, for the last 3 years of his stains career he was a crock who rarely played more than 10 games a season.

The only years sculthorpe ever looked like a WC player was between 2002 - 2005, the rest of the time he was distinctly average!
