The reason why Hall has scored all those tries should be the MoS, Keith Senior has been brilliant this year rolling back the years.

The players won't give anything to Senior in case he sells it.....I reckon it's nailed on for Morley.

Hall won't, and shouldn't get MOS. However, he's been outstanding this year, not just because of the tries he's scored but his overall contribution to the team cannot be over estimated. His workrate is excellent, and his kick returns are excellent. He'd be class in any team, playing outside any centre.

Senior would be my pick for MOS.

I think Dobson will be in with a shout.

Quite a few props make more metres per carry than Graham, and quite a few make more tackles than him.

His extended game time distort his stats against the opposition.

Morley's stats are way behind Graham's, but he has been outstanding this year. Because we have 4 props, Morley's stats would never be near Graham's, but Saints have had to rely on him too much IMO.

Definitely not worthy of MoS status but he's a brilliant young player. The world's his oyster, would welcome him to Wigan with open arms

Brett Hodgson has to up there for the award, and I hate to admit it but Morley would be my other nomination.

he is no Big Les, he is never going to be a winger who you build a gameplan around or one that the opposition fears when their name is on the teamsheet,

but then again, there are very very very few who are in RL, in fact i dont think we as a country have had one since robinson and offiah,

however, he is quick, strong, safe, and has a fantastic work rate for a winger, he should be in the england squad come the end of the year

Ainscough is the complete opposite, in that he will make more mistakes but he will also create more himself and is more capable of something special

Champion teams are based on players like Hall, with a sprinkling of Ainscoughs

saying that MoS is a step too far for him

Don't really see what the fuss is about Hall, he seems like a capable winger, but his strike rate as others have pointed out has more to do with the team he's in, in particular Senior inside him.

Id like to see Morley win it this year.

People might want to look at his stats to appreciate just what he does other than score tries and he does an awful lot.

I am not sure he'd be my choice for man of steel but it wouldn't be a ridiculous choice and he's head and shoulders the best winger in the competition this year, bar none.

In my opinion, MOS should be a player who carries their team, and whose team would be significantly worse without them. On that basis - Graham, Hodgson and Morley are the only 3 candidates.

I agree with your summary of the criteria for MOS and peacock certainly falls into that for us.

Hodgson shouldn't be man of steel. Morley, Graham, Senior, Dobson and Peacock are the only real candidates.
