Cowboys have lost at home to Penrith 28-20. They are on the slide, IMO they want make the top 8. They cant win away and if there losing at home to the Panthers that isn't good enough to make the 8.

The Cowboys should have been out of sight in the first half but they only scored 10 points, they had all the possession but kept making errors, they really miss Payne and O'Donnell. The Panthers did get some dodgy calls go there way aswell, Jennings second try there was a knock on in the build up by Cooper and the video ref gave it and right on half time Michael Gordon batted the ball forward over Bani's head and they gave Benefit of Doubt. The Panthers played okay but the Cowboys will be fuming losing that game.
The final 6 games for the Cowboys are Titans (a), Storm (a), Bulldogs (h), Knights (a), Broncos (h), Roosters (a).
They'll be lucky to win 2 games out of them and that wouldn't be enough to stay in the top 8.

yeah the only ones they look like winning are dogs and broncos at home.

If there form picks up they could go to the Knights(a) and Roosters(a) and win but if they play like they have the past few weeks they'll lose every game.
Mid-way through the season i thought the Cowboys looked a good side and could have had a good chance in the finals but they've been disappointing lately, if Thurston and Bowen dont have great games they get beat.
