Exactly, which is why it is pointless trying to argue with him because he is either a troll or too stupid to come to a logical conclusion.

He is arguing that Wakefield should be kicked out of SL. Last year he was saying that they should never kick a club out. Contradiction.

He is arguing that West Yorkshire is a football area (which to be fair, like every part of this country, it's true). Last year he was saying that it wasn't, even saying we should add up the attendances of the clubs (which still proved him wrong!).

Now he is arguing we should let in expansion clubs no matter what, and IN THE SAME THREAD has said he would rather have a NSW NRL club (non-expansion) over WA Reds (expansion). Isn't that like picking a Yorkshire or Lancashire club over Toulouse?

SL has enough heartland clubs in it, especially from small places. it doesnt need more of these clubs. the only way they should be allowed into SL is at the place of another small town heartland club which has failed

if SL expands the number of teams from now, it should do it with expansion teams that could actually grow the sport a lot 10, 20 years down the track

the only thing destroying SL is poor heartland clubs with hopeless crowds and poor stadia. to show how poor these clubs are, Les Cats have done more in 3 years than these guys have in decades

PSG was a poorly set up club and got very good crowds.

my god all the sydney teams combined get less than 10% of the population of the city each week, obviously they are failing and need to be kicked out of the nrl.

leeds utd also average more than a number of nrl teams (i would even hazard a guess its more than most nrl teams average despite the greater popularity of the sport over there).

every week 1 million people from sydney watch the friday night game, 800,000 watch the sunday game, and on Pay TV you get another 100,000 from sydney watching EACH of the games shown on there (6 games).

the thing about being a RL fan is you either have to go to games or watch it on TV.
