It seems that way to me too. I wonder if this is down to cost and, if so, what that cost is. I understand the benefits of an expanded competition but without knowing the levels of expenditure it's pretty hard for me to form an opinion as to how the game should move forward. In fact I'm amazed that others can do so so readily, unless their knowledge of the economics way surpasses mine.

Yep. Twickenham Stadium has a huge Marriott bolted on to it these days too. The Grand Slam suite is quality, I stayed in it during the Rugby Expo last year.
