Im saying that blaming it on big bad meanie super league clubs stealing all your talent is nonsense, there was very little for them to steal from you. Hull KR's youth development is as bad as it is because they didnt want to do what was needed to get it to the level of say 'Quins.

Seems to have come on in spades since being with us and his attitude seems to have vanished but I guess Cas can claim that as well eh!
As I have already metioned Sinfield at Leeds (That would be the CAPTAIN of Leeds no less) and Tom Briscoe at FC (Next huge thing by all accounts) came from other regions.
Should the Oldham and Fev regions solely claim the rights to these 2 or do you agree that that would be silly talk?

Perhaps if Smokey was a bit more specific and explain what this illusive "achievement" is/are then we would all be able to classify all clubs as "big" or not according to the Smokey TA club size rating system. I'm sure it would be a very fair way of doing it, no inherant bias against particular teams oh no. Not with the Smokey TA club size rating system.

win something, or at least get to a few finals in the last 10 years, and an attendance of around 10k.

As someone else has already said, unfortunately that makes most clubs in SL small time.

Are you suggesting that Hull KR should have got to the SL grand final whilst in the National Leagues? That's a bit strange.

That would be like saying Hull KR are bigger than Leeds because Leeds didn't win the National League grand final in the last 10 years.

they have not competed in the national leagues for 4 years, and have been in the challenge cup for all of them

How many times did Leeds win the Challenge Cup in the last 10 years never mind 4. Have Wigan won it in the last 4 years? Are they a big club?
