It makes zero difference in the mind of the Rugby League public. Everyone "knows" they pledged, promised, suggested or whatever word you want that they would improve bell Vue. Here it is is one more time. We have had credible bids for the club turned down so that the RFL can appoint compliant paupers instead. The mulyi million Thorne bid was accepted by the administrator and was so nailed on he met with all the players . The RFL appointed a pauper instead. That single action more than cancels out the lease by an unbelievable amount.

Everyone "knows" you promised a new ground, and everyone "knows" Bradford have net benefited from RFL involvement. I appreciate you feel defensive but I'm not one of the weirdo Wakey haters so you should join me in battling this pair of false narratives.

Headingly is the worst stadium in Super League bar Castleford and Wakefield. In 2021 you shouldn't be going to a game and standing in the rain.

They should not be playing Super League games there until the away end is fixed nevermind the semi finals, finals, special events and internationals they get.

The club isn't allowed to due to 3/4 of houses behind the stand, LCC keeps denying it but had no problem with Yorkshire CC building a massive stand. We as fans have been wanting it to be sorted out for years.

You could always sit/stand in one of the other 3 stands if you're that upset by it.

Yeah Headingley is a dump but it's not the worst ground in Leeds that is Elland Road.

The away fans that use the western terrace may well like the ability to stand, especially Hull FC fans, but I have no poll to prove this - but they do tend to be voiciferous and enthusiastic.

It may also be that due to the housing immediately behind the terrace, planning permission is not available to build a roofed stand that may well block their sunlight out all day....
