Most teams will avoid posting a profit as they have to pay more tax! It is actually better to post a small loss and have "invested" the money that would have made a profit. The other factor is the sugar daddy who underwrites any loses thereby allowing teh club to continue functioning.

Stadium deals aside majpority of clubs should have an income in the region of:

Sky Money 1.1mill
Admission fees approx 1.5mill (avg 8,000 crowd)
Merchandise, sponsorships, corporate box sales etc: 1mill

In theory most clubs should be operating at around the 3million quid mark.

Dont forget that Catalans team, will never get more than 3k watching them, and get to a final..pffffttt never ever ever gonna happen.
