I am keeping everything crossed for a huge crowd and a great atmosphere this Saturday.

I work as a Primary School teacher in a school near Bacup (not a rugby league area at all) but I am a Saints season ticket holder. We have a school trip coming to the match and are bringing 39 kids from our Year 5 and 6 class.

They are really excited about the event, even though 99% of them have never seen rugby played on TV before, let alone a live match between England and Australia.

So if you are sat in the North Stand, and you see a large group of children all waving hand held England flags and large flags with 'Stacksteads' across the middle - that's us!!!

I am sick of all the negativity I have read from some people this week - I for one am really excited about this weekends match and can't wait to see us take on the Aussies!!!

So let's have a massive atmosphere, really get behind the boys and make it a day to remember!

I got 8 tickets together yesterday and had a choice of wher to sit.

you mean you had the choice of where to sit from the seats that were'nt sold...fancy that!!!

i mean if it was close to a sell out they wouldnt have blocks of 8 seats all over the stadium.

theres abit of a OZ reunion happening..apparently kicking off at 10:30 at moon under water before moving onto walkabout around 12ish which is when i'm aiming to land..

Which translates as anywhere behind the sticks. That appears to be the only place where you can reasonable numbers together, just struggled to get three together in the Boston Stand.

yeah i had to buy 3 tickets behind sticks because i couldn't get them together in either east or West stand.

Looks like alot of folk have left it until the last few days to get tickets. Are we on for a sellout or close too?
