| Didnt saints put 70 on Fev last year? and Hull score 50 against Widnes? and Wigan against Sheffield in 2010? While Warrington put 48 on Fev and Bradford 50 on Dewsbury and 58 on Leigh in the same year? Didnt Wigan also score 64 at Widnes in 2010? and Les Catalans put 74 on Batley? and Wakefield beat Leigh by 54 in 2009? While Warrington beat fev 56-8 and Salford beat Batley 66-4 and Saints put 66 on Gateshead?

| it is just a one off, if Fev was wiping the floor every week then it would be a valid point,. But last week an average Sheffield side put 60 points on them. Put it into perspective, if Cas put the same intensity in the match against Fev as they would do if it was against Leeds we wouldn't be talking about this.

If it's OK to let "sub-standard" clubs in then all sub-standard clubs should have the same opportunity. Clubs that meet the minimum criteria should all have their chance and those criteria should be fair and realistic.
I would cut Super league but whilst it is at 14 then other teams deserve the chance to play their way in, every year!
Either don't let any in or let them all have the same chance, teams at the bottom of Super league are the same as those at the top of the championship just with years of super league millions to fall back on.

| Some seem to ignoring reality. Teams can play their way into superleague, they just need to have a quality all round package to back it up once they have WON SOMETHING TO QUALIFY FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

Yes, and those super league millions are supposed to be used to improve those clubs (which is different from teams) at the bottom of SL.
Your argument seems to be that if we cant offer the space for everybody to improve, all at once, we shouldnt offer the space to anybody ever. Which seems quite silly.
Yes there are some clubs in SL who need to improve, relegating them isnt going to do that.

Thanks for telling me what my argument is, shall we have a quotespam war now?
The current system has no stick, failing clubs aren't relegated. They are guaranteed a place as they would go bust without super league money, some of them manage it with the money!

Not really, look at the attendance today. Fev's biggest game for years and not enough there to fund anything other than a sneaky win against us at Belle Vue.

Simply not true. One 'failing' club would have been relegated in this round of franchises if Crusaders hadn't imploded.
