| Hull F.C. were requested by the RFL to investigate the matter . The Australian media reported the incident in their newspapers , as did the British tabloids , however the local newspaper in Hull Haven’t mentioned the incident , the sports editor James Smailes was on Radio Humberside last night and was asked why the Hull Daily Mail haven’t reported on the Kelly incident , he brushed it offf as a “silly incident “.
James Smailes is the sports editor for the Hull Daily Mail and is a Hull FC fan , he was previously the Deputy sports editor and Hull FC reporter . Strange that the Hull Daily Mail will not report on the Kelly verbally abusing a young girl and using threatening behaviour towards her and her male friend .
However when Kelly was at Hull K R and was disciplined for returning to the club late for training after he had been given compassionate leave to return to Australia the Hull Daily Mail ran the story on the matter
Hull F.C. have stated Kelly is available for selection for the Catalans Dragons game and are making no comment on Kelly verbally abusing and threatening that young girl and her male friend , they say the Matter has been resolved internally , which says a lot about the ethics of that club .

It says that Hull have punished him, one way or another, which will likely not be released in a press conference. Not all punishments have to be playing related. I'm sure it would hit Kelly harder if he was docked a month's wages rather than suspended for 2 marches.
I don't quite fully understand your ridiculous obsession with the matter.

Quote ="The Reason"I doubt Hull will have any morals regarding how they deal with this bully who threatens young girls ....
But you can be disciplined / contract terminated for out of work activities , however I think he will get a contract extension at Hull .
Example of a club with ethics :
https://www.smh.com.au/sport/nrl/todd-c ... zsq6u.html
Todd Carney's NRL career appears to be over after Cronulla sacked the five-eighth after a photo of him engaging in a vulgar act circulated on social media on Saturday night.
The Sharks released a statement on Sunday evening to say: "The Cronulla Sharks Football Club has today after careful consideration and lengthy deliberation, including discussions with senior NRL management, made a decision to terminate Todd Carney’s NRL playing contract effective immediately. At the Sharks we are committed to building a successful club, a club with strong values and a club which sets and respects high standards in all aspects of its operations and activities. When Todd was first signed to the Sharks he was made well aware of his responsibilities both on and off the field, to himself, the club and to the game in general, however the photograph that appeared last night on social media does not meet the values and standards the club is looking to uphold and take into the future.'"
You do know that when you post a link, you have no need to copy and paste the article in full?
Of course you do, you have been around these boards long enough under one user name or another.
You do realise you have just put yourself in an awkward position having defamated the name of Hull FC with unfounded accusations?

| The incident itself may have been a storm in a tea cup but Albert Kelly was filmed calling a female a whore and slut. Now no matter whether the situation was of Albert's doing or whether the woman in question provoked him, for the club to say nothing of the incident makes them look like they condone his behaviour. They could have said, that they don't condone the behaviour and that it has been dealt with but to say nothing is just wrong.

This I agree with. Even if they had have said that there are details about the incident that they cannot discuss, but after taking everything into account they have dealt with the matter accordingly. Something is better than nothing.

Totally agree . The club have shamed themselves .
Liam Watts referred to Kelly as “Alibi Albert “. Seems he was right .
For the club to make no statement is despicable and basically condones Kelly’s actions .

Have you read the statement from Hull KR with regards Minns' failed drug test?
Not once have they said "We as a club do not condone drug taking". Nothing of the sort. They haven't even suspended the kid.
So can I apply your logic to assume that Hull KR as a club condone the taking of class A drugs?

Provide a shred of proof that the RFL have been involved.
I think the process of not airing your dirty washing in public is fairly dignified (I appreciate thats a new concept for you) and shows a decent level of integrity from an ethics point of view.
But then again, your own club and ethics??? Now ethics are about as far away from your club as they are winning a trophy.

| Fair play to the Hull Daily Mail for now reporting on the McDonald’s incident, and maintaining a more dignified line than sensationally descriptive news outlets that referred to a ‘drunken tirade’ or ‘foul-mouthed rant’ for no other reason than that’s what it was.
While I think the use of ‘alledgedy’ is arguably redundant in the second sentence, it is clear that Hull FC and Albert Kelly are putting the matter behind them, moving on and that it is business as usual. Questions clearly remain as to whether they are drawing a line under it and looking to the future.

Hi Andy
The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Matthew

| First and foremost I dont condone his behaviour but at the same time I (like 99% of others ) are in no position to act like a better person. When alcohol is involved (which he is entitled to do on his downtime) people do act out of the ordinary.
Secondly I dont believe this is everything that has gone on and conveintley it seems the camera only comes on around his response, I dont believe for a second he just started name calling. The fact she works in customer service and has her phone with her tells you enough. Again though he could have reacted way better.
Lastly its not drug related, he wouldnt be that vexed if it was. The club have dealt with it in there way and its in the end of the matter. All players will have acted unprofessional in there career at times and even name called people. Just because its on camera doesnt mean its any worse nor better.
Stupid incident which is nothing more then a drunken spat, he hasnt raped her or assaulted her just called her some unpleasant names. Theres two sides to every story. Everyone get off there high horse.

Hahahaha. Hahahahahaha. Hahahahahaha.
You actually got in touch with the games governing body about this incident.
Hahahahahaha, hahahahahaha
And then leave your name on it. Hahahahahaha
This after being given a massive hint about the pro’s and con’s of cutting and pasting.
I actually feel a little bit sorry for the decent rovers fans who post on here, knowing that you walk amongst them.
At least Kelly was 12 pints in when caught acting like a tool. It appears to be a force of nature for you.
Hahahahahaha,
I think it’s fair to say, by the definition of the word
