| His chase on Burrow in the last couple of minutes was outstanding. The only way it could have been surpassed would be if he could have been in the correct position to begin with instead of catching a sneaky breather at fullback.
=#FFFFFFthat should reel a few in
Other than that he did OK I suppose.

| He's got the potential to be the best British prop since Kevin Ward. I'm not suggesting he's near Ward at his peak and I think they have different games. Ward was a blockbuster but Graham's game is more like a prop from the NRL and he might be the first British player to really get to grips with that since Andy Platt did. Peacock, of course, has been immense but I'm just giving myself a bit of leeway because he played a fair bit in the second row were he was awesome too. I just hope he doesn't get worn out.

Mighty Kevin Ward.

I thought that's what props were meant to do? And since he does it better than anyone else then he is by definition a great player. He might not be as exciting to watch as a Greg Inglis or Billy Slater, but he does his job as a prop every inch as well as they do their jobs as backs.

| i think you need to be more than a battering ram to be called great. i think if he off loaded the ball more in the tackle he could be held in higher esteem.
although he is up there with the best.
the only two players i would call greats in the modern game are lockyer & johns.

| Hugely overrated. A stroppy ginger who can throw the occasional late pass when running in 2s, and has a decent work rate.
One or two moments of class but I've yet to see anything that lives up to the hype. Although his hissy fit on Palea'aesina was certainly spectacular.

Awesome on the pitch also off the pitch as well, James is a Patron for the Life for a Kid Foundation and not only does he put is name to supporting the foundation, he won the Man of The match last night and donated the £100 to the Foundation.
James also give the Foundation is World Cup coin and we auctioned it off for £500.
The Money from last nights man of the match will go towards helping Baby Shannon details below.
Shannon is 22 months old. She has a rare condition called Peters Plus Syndrome. She has had operations on her eyes, which involved putting grafts on her corneas to try to save her sight. Unfortunately Shannon lost her right eye after it became infected following the surgery. Her right eye has now been replaced with a false eye.
The vision in Shannon's left eye is failing and the retina in it must be kept active if Shannon is to be able to retain the partial vision she has.
Shannon's only hope of being able to read and write one day and do some of the things the rest of us take for granted is surgery.
This surgery is available in America and is artificial cornea replacement, known as Keratoprothesis. The cost of this is £27,000. A number of fundraising events have taken place but the amount has not been raised yet. Shannon's sight is running out of time.
Life for a Kid Foundation is helping out my arranging some fundraising events for Shannon and also looking for donations which we can pass onto Shannon.

| The original poster said that James Graham is "the best prop in the world" - whilst he is a very good club player he certainly isn't the best in the world yet.
If he develops his game further
If he stops the petty hissy fits
If he plays in test matches and regularly plays the opposition (Aus & NZ) off the park
If he can do this regularly for a number of years
Then, and only then, might he find himself on the list. He is getting better but has a way to go yet.
It would be interesting to see how he would perform at another club or even in Australia. He seems to be very much a saints player and a lot of the passion he generates in a game is based on this loyalty and the rivalry with other clubs.
We now have several young British forwards who are being built up by the press and the fans. When they have developed their games to the point where they can regularly dominate the Aussies then we might consider if the term "best in the world" is appropriate (and as a fan of rugby I really hope it happens).

Wardy is one of my all time favourite players,Graham is very good but he has a lot of catching up to do to be in the same league as Wardy.

| Warrington and Leeds fans calling Graham for Hissy fits ? Do you mean like Richie Mathers and Richie Myler using the V signs towards Wigan fans this season ? Or how about throwing a ball at a debutants head for no reason whatsoever!
Get a grip people and when Saints are in town get down and pay your admission fee, you wont see another Prop forward like this for a very long time. Huge loss if he goes to the NRL. He wipes the floor with any other forward in super league and is a complete pleassure to watch. Forget the chase on Burrow i have never seen any other English prop make a tackle like he did at the corner flag. Made huge ground to launch Delaney onto the side street.
The Ginger beast will be talked about for years. They'll make books and poems about him. Kids will be told 'dont go over that field at night' because the 'ginger beast' will get you. He'll be talked about in the same breath as GOD imo.
