Looks like Hull are using the same tactic we do with slow line speed and relying on good defence in their own half to conserve energy. Saints on the other hand are rushing up and committing 3 men into every tackle. Last 15min could be interesting if Hull are within a couple of scores.

I found the game quite boring. Was expecting so much more.

Hull didn't have much to offer for the first 60 mins, once Saints got 3 scores ahead they just went into training tackle mode and allowed the offloads until Hull ran out of ideas. Saints got stuffed with the Hull 2 forward pass tries though.

Someone’s clearly jealous, we’ve comfortably beaten Hull, whose two tries came from forward passes, without 2 of our best players and another going off with 30 left. I’m not sure what you expected from Saints a pretty impressive performance all things considered. Hull were pretty dismal it must be said.

Dont understand the jealousy comment, or were youvste coming from with that. It was a poor game as most have said and i like others were expecting more. Yes daints win comfortablely in the end, but looked very patchy for large chunks of the game, petsonnly thougjt the game was won by saints just not being as awfull as hull not being so much better than Hull. Yes it may be the easter games catching up but itvwas a poor game.
And I support Leeds i dont have to be jealous of any side, after all we beeat you comfortablely at your place with half a side missing and resigning champs.

That forward pass was an embarrassment to the game . Also Jake Connor needs to concentrate on playing footy and not solely focus on winding opposition players up, he's a grub.

Nah they weren't in line. Any time there's a break like that our touch judges have no hope of keeping up with play. The TJ was miles back which is why nobody called it forward.

Thought Saints played well, Hull did well to be so close at HT. With the injuries before and in game many other teams would have caved I feel?I don't like that lot but have to admit they are fit and well drilled. No Barba, Walmsley and in game Roby helped I suppose ?But Saints look slick every time I see them. Next 3 Hull games televised I believe? Wid/Leeds/Cats so will be interesting to watch as a neutral x

The near side touch judge was 5m behind play, the forward pass is caught 8m in front of where it was thrown from with the TD looking directly at play' I really can't see how he misses it

When stuff like that is blatantly obvious it should go up for video review, a couple of metres forward its a grey area but when its 5+ metres a partially sighted person would see that one.
