The RFL are in contact with Hull FC regarding Kelly verbally abusing and using threatening behaviour towards that young girl .

So by being out at a late hour she was asking to be treated like that? Sorry but there are no excuses for his behavior. If you assault someone and charges are pressed would the excuse "I had a few jars" stand up in court? Of course it wouldn't, he is a grown man responsible for his own actions whether under the influence or not.

All I'm saying everyone is giving Albert a lot of stick and there is ALWAYS two sides to a story, I'm presuming he wasn't drinking Stella though cause he didn't swing any

It’s arguably a narrow distinction, but the criticism is, or should be, of Kelly’s actions in this situation. He’s responsible for them, of course, but it’s perfectly reasonable to admire one set of actions by a person and to dislike or disapprove of another.

Kelly doesn’t need to blamed for his very existence, and it’s not the case that after this nobody can ever again enjoy or admire anything he ever does again - we’re a long way from that. Also, it’s true that other people have done bad things and been allowed to move on. But, when they’re caught at least, there is typically punishment and approbation first. Ideally it should be proportionate, and that is a subjective judgement - I think, based on what’s in the public domain, some has been excessive, and some people are being very lenient.

I think as well that in the era of Trump and #MeToo, people are much more aware of things like Whataboutism and victim-blaming. It’s not new, and it is not limited to any one group of people or set of fans, but it is more obvious nowadays. We know next to nothing about the woman he abuses, and yet there’s been speculation about her being the the instigator, and the possibility of her racist or other provocation. Because ‘we all know what they are like, don’t we?’

She was a worker at McDonalds. Probably refused to serve him his 8th Big mac of the night

No it`s not a useless point at all, i was responding to Trinity18 saying "We`ve all been there" referring to been drunk is now an excuse to act like that. Been under the influence of alcohol should never be used as an excuse.

The fact you defend such behaviour negates your doubts. I don't frequent McDonalds but I'd be surprised if they abuse customers, particularly drunk, abusive, over aggressive idiots. If he'd done that in a pub/bar with security he'd have been bounced out.

Genuinely not even trolling or owt, I'm not going to keep repeating what I've put. Nobody unless present knows what went on prior, if she worked there, if he was shadow boxing getting ready to smack her up, if she was shadow boxing ready to smack him up. Literally all we have is the video which obviously shows an argument at it's very end which is giving Kelly a bad limelight...

If I'm being completely honest a member of staff from Mcdonalds in Hull called me a particular swear word beginning with WAN purely for asking where my meal was after waiting 25 minutes soooo I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Sorry but, based on what we have seen, it's not.
Now, unless you know something that others dont, you are wrong but, I think you probably know that you are.

If you have some other evidence the, please share it and we can perhaps make a more informed response and if not, then I'm a bit worried for you.

I have no evidence but you can't actually say I'm wrong, if i think this is morally right then thats down to me and my opinion.

Even the FC fans, who you may expect to have some bias here can see that he's wrong but, you believe otherwise ?

No, it's not at all, and if it could be proven that there was no lead up to it and he just walked in and started with the comments then he needs removing from our game - simple. Young kids, who look up to people like Kelly, watch these things so role models like that aren't needed. However, as has been said, there are 2 sides to every story. How do we know that this 'lovely young woman' (how Lebron knows that I haven't a clue by the way) wasn't racially abusing him first and then filmed the reaction? Nobody knows apart from the people that were there, so how anyone can form a 100% judgement/opinion without knowing the full story is beyond me.
