Would you rather get bashed about for £66k a year or get cold and occasionally get trampled by a monster in a ruck for £165k a year. Some times more than doubling paycheque will turn even the most committed rugby league footballer. It is a brutal sport and one that could end any time for you so why not take the percieved easier option and earn a hell of lot more.

Thought he was going to Cronulla. If his full-back skills are anything to go by he would be lucky to get anywhere near the first-team of any grade in either hemisphere. I'm not convinced he is even a rugby league player at all. Sounds like a typical Brian McDermott signing if he to join Leeds Rhinos

Leeds have Webb, BJB, and Smith who are all international FBs (or have been), plus Hardaker can cover there too. Can't see why we'd be in the market for another. GH has saidd we're at the cap limit anyway.

He played at hooker with McShane against Wakefield, I assume that he has been on trial. No word on the Leeds board from what I've seen.
