It is a rather amusing read. I do feel for them too though, some posts smack of desperation for it to be just a ruse or cleared
up easily with an apology - can't really blame them for that.

Another good lunchtime read is all the Wakey fans on here green with envy that a small town in Wakefield have beaten Wakefield Trinity to their maiden Grand Final.

Gives you something to take your mind off being 'stitched up' I suppose

So we have rumours that he is banned for 4 years vs he is back in the squad and a whole load in between.

If he does go back in the squad then Cas clearly jumped the gun with their announcement yesterday and brought a lot of bad publicity ahead of the games show piece event for no good reason.

Cas seem a well run outfit so I would be amazed if they weren't in full possession of the facts before yesterday's announcement and for that reason I don't see hardaker playing

My mates dad works near the ground and overheard someone talking to their mate about someone they'd overheard listening to a phone call between Shenton and his missus and apparently he said on the phone that he had overheard Jesse Sene-lafeo talking to Zak and he'd said that he was going to play on Saturday.

Is that' Shenton's missus, Zak's missus or the mate's missus who Shenton was talking to. It's not clear.

I don't think there will be a way back for him if we lose. Even if he isn't banned by a higher authority than the club.
If we win, he may be forgiven. He has taken us to a new level on the field, and is the best full back I have seen pull on a Cas shirt in the SL era. Off the field stuff is soon forgotten when players are ripping it up and sending supporters home with a win.
