| Best prop in Super League by a staggering distance. I hope he goes personally. It'll further consign Saints to complete mediocrity but so be it.

| at this rate england will have a pack capable of matching/beating australia with morley, ellis and burgess and maybe graham making it in the nrl
it still needs a 9, 7 and 1 to make it here too

Complete myth.
Playing 80 minutes a game had nothing to do with what happened to Stuart Fielden

| I really hope that this works out.
If/when it happens it can only be good for him and his game.
At least he's not a halfback, they never seem to come back as good as they went. Very strange.

| How is it a good thing that our top players go and play abroad? Surely anybody can see past the short term benefit to the individual. There is a reason the aussies punish players who decide to play abroad and it isn't just because SL is a weaker competition.

Good for Graham, though I doubt he will have the impact many anticipate, especially at the Roosters
Bad for SL yet another very poor Aussie looking for a pay day, I would need one hell of pay day to turn out at Belle Vue every two weeks

=#8000FFI hope you mean most over rated, just because he plays 80 minutes it doesn't make him a good prop
I'd have Peacock & Morley over him any day, at least they don't try and find the floor as soon as they make contact unless it's inside the opponents 10. At this stage last season, even though he played more minute Ewan Dowes & Craig Huby had more tackles, less errors and a higher average metres per carry, so he isn't that good is he. He will flop in the NRL unless he drops his playing time and concentrates on trying to make a line break not finding the deck or pretending to be a stand off.

Go ask any SL coach you like whether they'd prefer to be naming Graham, Huby or Dowes on their team sheet.
Your opinion is quite, quite mad.

Yeah I agree, he's terrible. Someone better call Sydney Roosters and tell them. While we are at it, better mention it to all the players in SL who voted him Man of Steel and the writers/former players who voted him into the World X111.

Gee......I didn't think it possible for one post to contain so much ****, you must have been taking lessons from Dilly Massage. Jammer is not only the best forward in SL today, he's probably the best prop that England has produced in the last 25 years.

| I think one thing the NRL teams are good art are spotting potential. Graham will become a better player. I tihnk Fielden, Peacock and Morley are either the finished article or past their best.

=#8000FFHe will improve no end because not one coach in the NRL will take half of the stuff Graham does as acceptable for a prop, and he will get less game time meaning he can actually hit the line and try and break a tackle, and won't burn out like Fielden did, who also played 80 mins weekly at one stage.

| Every top British player that goes down under further lessons the chances of Britain ever being able to compete with Australia.
Yes for a few brief years it might improve slightly those players that emigrate, however it irreperably weakens the UK competition.
A lower standard uk competition will result in lower grade players and lower gates. Which in term will mean a sport going into decline.
If you doubt this, check out what happened in the late 1960's and ealry 1970's when there was an exodus of UK talent down under. During this period the likes of Tommy Bishop, Cliff Watson, Mal Reilly & Mick Stevenson all swapped continents.
The end result was a collapse in standards within the UK and a decline in fans watching the sport. We havent defeated the aussies since.

Quite right.
I would also question whether the players that go the NRL actually do come back better players.

Some do, some don't, as with anything. Despite only having a brief spell over there Jordan Tansey seems to have come back a different player. Chris Thorman on the other hand is currently at York.
