James Graham is alleged to have bitten Billy Slater's ear in the middle of a grand final rugby league game in Sydney, in front of 83,000 people at the ground and millions watching on television.

He's been fantastic for Canterbury and has revolutionised front row play in the NRL with first the Bulldogs and then a number of other clubs adopting the prop/playmaker tactic.

His first season in Australia will forever be tarnished by what he did this morning which was disgusting behaviour from a seasoned international.

There's very little doubt that he's guilty when looking at the damage to Slaters ear and then viewing the TV pictures which clearly show him biting down on the Melbourne fullbacks ear.

He should be banned for a considerable time for that and I'm a big James Graham fan!

Slater did nothing wrong there, perfectly entitled to compete for the ball. disgraceful biting a player 8-10 matches for that.

To be honest Canterbury lost because they tried to rough them up rather than play. By the time they started throwing it about it was over.
Melbourne defense was excellent.
