I'd like London home tbh for a chance of an upset, or if not Saints home for the big payday, as Saints havent been LSV yet

It's about time Leeds got non SL opposition.

In order of preference;

1. London @ Home
2. Wigan, Warrington, Saints @ Home
3. Wigan, Warrington, Saints @ Away
4. Catalans @ Away

Avoid the Yorkshire teams like the plague.

Draw is Tue 1st May on Radio 5live Breakfast Show around 0820, as stated on the RFL website.

Draw being made by Nicky Campbell, who never has a good word for League.
Another good move by the RFL.

Given the fans apathy for the Challenge Cup do we really deserve any better, at least it's on the nationwide news/sport radio station.

I have no idea how the RFU conduct their draws for knockout competitions, is it better than the RFL's aproach?

Why do we have to wait till Tuesday for the draw when the games are less then 2 weeks away,why couldnt it been done on BBBC Manc/Leeds after the games had finished or on 5live at 6pm today it makes sense but that and the RFL dont go together.

They need at least 48hrs at Red Hall to heat and cool certain balls before they are "randomly" drawn from the bag.

It's rather odd that the past three draws have all been on at different times and different radio stations. Surely now that Sky have got some cup rights, it should be shown on Boots 'n All With an online stream for those who don't have Sky. I'm assuming it being on 5 Live's Breakfast Show means George Riley will be conducting it, but the lack of consitency is amateurish.

It's not that odd at all, different radio stations will have free spots at different times. National radio, like national TV, aren't really interested in the early rounds so finding a media outlet for a draw no-one cares about is fairly difficult. The opportunity to have it on prime time on a national BBC radio station trumps any kind of b[ii[/itching or whining about having to wait a couple days or the timing of it from typically miserable rugby league fans. I'm also not sure how restricting it to the few thousand who watch Boots N All rather than the millions who listen to Radio 5 Live will help in any way.

I've arranged it with him upstairs that we (Leigh) get London at home, then Wigan in the semi before beating Wire in the Final thus qualifying to play Bayern Munich at Wimbledon for the Eurovision Song Contest.

The Rachel Burden who does the show with Campbell is a season ticket holder for London Irish apparently.

Also, the Catalan getting a home draw would mean only three ties being televised
