...who thinks the new titles and theme tune is damned awesome??

I'd even go as far as saying its on a par with the Carpe Diem theme tune of the 90's.

I'm pretty sure that the try at the end of the intro titles should not be scored, weak defence by the iron man in question. Theme song is decent though.

Tune is good the robots are rubbish in my opinion. It should be showcasing Sam Tomkins bursting through the line, McGuire chipping over the top and Morley flattening Harrison Hansen.

I was hoping someone would bring this up as IMO the full back is in a great position to stop it but tackled the big man too high, school yard stuff I'm afraid!

Think it would have been better instead of the iron man style look have the Terminator skeletons then they transform into some of the players etc to make it look like the players are made of steel and are tough etc, not that iron man plays the game

It's probably one of the few things SKY are getting right with their RL coverage at the moment.

"That Golden Rule" is one of my favourite songs so I was delighted when I saw the new titles.

Mind you, after last year's pathetic effort, anything would have been an improvement.

The new titles don't match up to the ones where the players were running through the steelworks with "Hey Man, Nice Shot" as the theme tune though.

I never liked that one, it was a rip of the soccer ads at that time (I think for Nike).
