| Regal Trophy Final win over Wigan....
Just felt electric all day leading up, when inside Headingley all the Wigan were silent before kick off and the Cas fans had Beach balls, Mr Blobby in a Cas Shirt and it just felt positive.
Then Nikau, Singe and Ketteridge did their business.

| I remember GB giving the Aussies a right scare with 12 men when Morley got sent off after 8 seconds in Wigan. Great great game.

| Warrington beating Wigan in 1997 just after John Dorahy had left. Cullen and Murphy in charge and we spanked them. Great memory!
Complete other end of the scale, one i would love to forget, getting beat by Saints 25-24 in 1996. Still have nightmares now!

| 1996 challenge cup final at the old Wembley Stadium - what a comeback!
Saints finally winning something after years of being the bridesmaids (no jokes about our current run of losers medals, please).

| The Huddersfield CC final just because it was amazing to see Warrington win at Wembley and the Leeds CC final because we destroyed the champions and never looked in doubt were both amazing, but I'd say that the playoff win against Leeds 18-17 was better, just because we didn't seem to have much chance, and the atmosphere of winning our first playoff game was just amazing.

37 Thousand people in a packed Central Park., with thousands locked outside.

| Torn between two...
March 1980 - Challenge Cup S/F v Halifax when it became clear that Roger and Clive would get their richly deserved Wembley Cup Final appearance...
October 1983 - Rovers 8 Queensland 6, a year after the Kangaroo Invincibles reinvented the game of Rugby League, Rovers beat the Maroons in a pretty brutal game. In the subsequent games against Wigan and Leeds they racked up almost 100 points...

| Paul Norman scoring a try right in front of us in injury time to beat Whitehaven in the Challenge Cup in 2002 after we went 30-20 behind with four minutes left (or summat daft like that). We won 34-30 and drew Wigan at home in the quarter finals.
Tommy Martyn scoring in the last minute in the Arriva Cup semi final away to Whitehaven in 2004 to win it at the death - we beat Hull KR in the final with TommyGod scoring a drop goal whilst sat on his backside!
I'd love to nominate our Grand Final win in 2004, but I saw bugger all of extra time as I was in floods of tears at the realisation that we were finally going to end our Grand Final hoodoo!

| Either Bradford in 2007 'the' comeback. I was just unreal being in the stadium, the celebrations after the final hooter were far more crazy than any more important match I have been to.
Or...
This years GF, brilliant to win it after a 'dry spell' in terms of the standards Wigan RL has set and after we had been told we were pretenders all season and after we had been told we were not famous anymore, brilliant.
Hopefully the WCC can be added to this list!

| Bizarre as it might seem, losing 72-6 at Whitehaven in September '86, because it meant we were in business again when all had seemed lost.

| 1993 Challenge Cup Semi Final at Central Park, Wigan.
Leeds - 4 Widnes - 39
Near perfect display from Widnes particularly in the second half after it only being 7-0 at half time. Goulding started an almost nowadays basic cross field kick for the late David Myers to score in the first half, something that's done on a weekly basis these days but not many did it then.
Devereux, Davies, Spruce, Sorenson, Goulding - all superb that day. It's a shame that team couldn't stay together.

| Geez! there are so so many...so here's my Top 10.
1. Watching Widnes tear holes out of Canberra Raiders to win the World Club Challenge in 1989
2. 1989 Title decider against Wigan.
3. Being one of the lucky few to see Widnes win the European Cup against St.Esteve.
4. Seeing Widnes become the 1st ever team to win at the Geri Halliwell Stadium.
5. 2001 NFP Grand Final against Oldham.
6. Seeing Widnes end Wigan's 12 month unbeaten home record in 2003.
7. Seeing Widnes win the 2007 & 2009 Northern Rail Cups.
8. Being at Wembley in 1984...when Joe Lydon went the full-length of the field.
9. Seeing Widnes win the 1992 Regal Trophy against Leeds.
10. even though I was only 6 months old....Apparantly, I was there when Widnes became the last ever British Club side to beat the Australian national team in 1978.
