In the light of yesterday's easy win for Warrington, combined with the injury-ravaged Catalans victory over Warrington and the referee last Saturday, I am now beginning to think that if Catalans can beat Salford, Catalans are strong contenders for a top 5 spot.

But you've tipped Silly Salford for the drop Jean so it's not really a statement of intent if Colossal Catalans beat them is it? Are Leeds strong contenders for the top 5 because they beat us? If Catalans lose at home to Salford will that make them relegation fodder? 
I'm hoping Salford put in a good show today as we've got a poor record in Perpignan. We usually get absolutely shafted by refs over there as well who pander to the rather myopic Catalans crowd who seem to watch a different game to everyone else as well. |

Its a positive factor for Catalans that Gigot does not play, they might put somebody useful in the team which is obviously bad for Salford.
